By accessing this Website or by confirming enrolment in a Programme, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
- If enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Section 03
Programme Description
Solven offers three document automation education programmes for operations teams and organisations based primarily in Malaysia, though participation from other locations is not excluded:
- MOD-001 — Document Automation Foundations Online Course: a six-module self-paced online course for individual participants. Access is provided following confirmed payment.
- MOD-002 — Document Automation Workshop for Teams: a two-day in-person workshop delivered to a cohort from a single organisation or across organisations. Dates are confirmed upon booking.
- MOD-003 — Internal Document Automation Programme Build: a consulting engagement of approximately ten weeks delivered to a single client organisation under a separately agreed engagement scope.
Programme content, structure, and delivery format may be updated by Solven from time to time to reflect improvements in practice or changes in tooling. We will notify enrolled Participants of material changes before a programme commences.
Section 04
User Responsibilities
By enrolling in a Programme or using this Website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information at the time of enquiry and enrolment, and notify us promptly if circumstances change.
- Use programme materials solely for your own professional development or your organisation's internal operational purposes.
- Not reproduce, distribute, sub-license, or make available any programme Content to parties outside your organisation without prior written consent from Solven.
- Not disrupt or interfere with the delivery of a workshop or engagement for other participants.
- Comply with reasonable instructions from Solven facilitators during in-person workshops and consulting sessions.
We reserve the right to remove a Participant from a programme without refund if their conduct materially disrupts the experience for others or breaches these responsibilities.
Section 05
Intellectual Property
All Content provided as part of Solven's programmes — including course modules, workshop slide decks, templates, written guides, and any other materials — remains the intellectual property of Solven unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Upon enrolment and payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use programme Content for your own professional development or your organisation's internal operational purposes. This licence does not include any right to:
- Reproduce or publish Content in any form for external audiences.
- Use Content in training programmes delivered to third parties.
- Modify and re-distribute Content under a different name or brand.
Templates produced during MOD-002 workshops or as part of a MOD-003 engagement — to the extent they are built using your organisation's own document data — are your organisation's property. The underlying methodology and frameworks remain Solven's.
Section 06
Payment & Refunds
All fees are quoted and payable in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Current programme fees are:
| Programme | Fee (RM) | Basis |

| MOD-002 Team Workshop | RM 2,950 | per cohort |
| MOD-003 Programme Build | RM 4,400 | per engagement |
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of enrolment. For MOD-001, full payment is required to activate course access. For MOD-002 and MOD-003, payment schedules are set out in the confirmation correspondence.
Cancellation and refunds:
- MOD-001: Refund requests submitted before accessing any course module will be considered. No refunds are issued after the first module is accessed.
- MOD-002: Cancellations made more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are not eligible for a refund but the booking may be rescheduled once at no charge, subject to availability.
- MOD-003: Refund and early termination conditions are set out in the engagement agreement signed at the outset of the engagement.
Section 07
Programme-Specific Terms
MOD-001 — Online Course: Course access is provided to the enrolled individual only. Sharing login credentials or course materials with others is not permitted. Solven does not issue completion certificates but does provide a self-check framework at the end of each module to support personal progress assessment.
MOD-002 — Team Workshop: Minimum and maximum cohort sizes are confirmed at booking. Solven reserves the right to reschedule a workshop with reasonable notice if the minimum participant count is not met. Participants are expected to bring documentation from their actual work environment for the Day 2 build session; Solven is not responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete source documents.
MOD-003 — Programme Build: The scope of work, timeline, deliverables, and review process are agreed in writing before the engagement begins. Changes to the agreed scope requested after commencement may affect the timeline and fees. Solven will advise in writing before proceeding with any out-of-scope work.
Section 08
Disclaimers
Solven's programmes are educational in nature. They provide structured frameworks, practical exercises, and general guidance on document automation principles as applied to common operational contexts. They do not constitute professional legal, compliance, financial, or IT consulting advice.
The applicability of programme content to any specific organisational environment depends on factors outside Solven's control — including the nature of your documents, your internal systems, and the priorities of your stakeholders. Outcomes will vary.
This Website and its Content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not represent that the Website will be free from interruption or error, or that information presented on it is complete and current at all times.
Section 09
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Solven's total liability to you in connection with any Programme or use of this Website — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you paid for the Programme in connection with which the claim arises.
Solven is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of revenue, loss of data, or operational disruption arising from your participation in a Programme or use of programme materials.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by Solven's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Section 10
Termination
Either party may terminate an enrolment or engagement agreement by written notice to the other. The consequences of termination — including any applicable refunds or outstanding payment obligations — are governed by Section 6 of these terms and, for MOD-003, by the engagement agreement.
Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, dispute resolution, and general provisions survive any termination of the Agreement.
Section 11
Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or a Programme will first be referred to informal resolution — both parties will make a genuine effort to resolve the matter by correspondence within 30 days of a written notice of dispute.
If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. For disputes involving smaller sums, the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia may be an appropriate forum where applicable.
Section 12
General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These terms, together with the enrolment confirmation and (for MOD-003) the engagement agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede prior representations or understandings.
- Severability: If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- No Waiver: Failure by Solven to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it at a later date.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without Solven's prior written consent. Solven may assign its rights in connection with a business transfer or restructuring.
- Notices: Notices under these terms should be sent by email to [email protected] (from Solven to you) or to the email address provided at the time of enrolment (from you to Solven).
Section 13
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention prior to their effective date.
Your continued use of this Website or participation in a Programme following a change to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept a change, you should discontinue use of the Website and contact us regarding any active enrolment.
