Do participants need a technical background?
No. All three programmes are written for administrative and operations staff with day-to-day document experience. There is no coding involved, and no prior knowledge of automation tools is assumed. The focus is on understanding structure and logic in familiar document formats.
How long does the online course take to complete?
The Document Automation Foundations Online Course has six modules. Most participants complete one module per session. Working at a steady pace, the full course typically takes between four and eight hours depending on how much time is spent on the practice files.
Where is the in-person workshop held?
The two-day team workshop can be delivered at our KL Eco City training space or at a venue of your choosing within Klang Valley. For organisations based outside Kuala Lumpur, we can discuss options during the planning discussion.
What does the ten-week consulting engagement include?
The Internal Programme Build covers document inventory mapping, template design sessions with your team, building of three to five priority templates, training sessions for the staff who will own and maintain the system, and a written handover document. The scope is agreed at the start of the engagement.
Are the prices listed inclusive of SST?
Prices shown are exclusive of applicable SST. The relevant rate will be noted on the invoice at the point of registration or engagement confirmation.
Can our team enrol multiple staff in the online course?
